One consignment of food item send from muzaffarpur to guwahati on 27th july 18 but still on tracker it is showing the status of 30th july 18 in kolkata. They charged 700/- for that. Dtdc guwahati, kolkata and baguluru phone numbers are not connected / not pick by anyone. Customer can't contact anyone to get actual status. It is not a service we expect from dtdc. Consignment no. K12814301. What is the damages rules of the company if my item will got damage till it reached to me. Hope someone reasonable person from dtdc take care all of this issue. My axis bank documents very important to deliver but mahabub nagar kothakota delivery ofc not deliver home... Just calling come nd collect ur document.. Dtdc service waste staff
