DTDC Courier & Cargo — shipment lost since august and no refund done.however they assured it will be done in month of december

My consignment number is M68080174. The shipment was booked in the month of August from Mumbai, Goregaon east by Ganesh Patil to Bengaluru, Indian Air force station, Yelhanka with the Receiver name Sehyog Aneja
However the shipment got returned to Mumbai because of some issues. Its been more than 4 months now but nothing has been done against this.
When I called the customer care they told that Rishab[protected] is looking into this.After a week he told that Rajesh Chavan, Goregaon, Mumbai branch manager ([protected]) will be handling this.I contacted Rajesh Chavan and after 2-3 weeks he told that Vijayata ([protected]) will be handling this.
Upon contacting Vijayata, she told that this will be handled by another department and Anila will be working on this. Anila then suggested that Mayuresh ([protected]) who also works in goregaon branch will take care of this.But Mayuresh never bothered to answer my calls nor the messages.
However from Vijayata/Rishabh I was told that Rajesh chavan is the one who will work on this again.Upon calling Rajesh chavan he confirmed that shipment has been lost and it is untraceable. When i asked about the refund process he told that let me work on claim approval and i will update you.When i called him again he told Beena Css manager ([protected]) will help you in taking this further.When i contacted Beena, she told that Rajesh chavan will be the one who will issue me a form for refund initiation.
Rajesh never bothered to take my calls further so i contacted his manager Prashant ([protected]). Prashant told that he will be looking into this and provide a resolution.The next day when i called prashant, Rajesh only took the call and asked me how do you want to settle this.I told him upfront that i will give my account number and kindly transfer to that.He acknowledged also. The very next day he connected me with Jean[protected] from claim department and told that she will be helping in claiming the amount Rs 4999.After discussing with Jean i came to know that the amount value which has been mentioned is Rs 1200 and this is also at owners risk. When i contacted Rajesh today he told you will not be given anything because this is the policy against this.I have forwarded him the receipt which was given while handing over the shipment to Dtdc. Please find attached the same also. No amount and risk category was mentioned on that slip.
But according to Rajesh it has value of 1200 Rs and also it is not refundable because according to him it has not been done intentionally ("Galti se hua hai humse, humne jaan ke to nahi gumaya na "), these were the exact words he said.
The worst thing is whenever I call him he replies with a message "I m in a meeting will call u later". Then i call his manager Prashant and Rajesh picks that call every time.Twice it has happened that i am speaking but he disconnects the phone in between.
In the month of october i dropped an email also to : [protected]@dtdc.com, [protected]@dtdc.com, rajesh.[protected]@dtdc.com explaining the incident and the shipment value but nothing was done.
During the last 3 months i haven't received any single call from Dtdc for resolution.Its me who is calling regularly on daily basis
.In the month of december Rajesh chavan told that the claim amount of Rs 4999 has been approved and it will be transferred to my account.I even shared my account details .After a couple of days when i asked again he told that there is some ACS issue going on biut it will be done in sometime.2 weeks later also he told the same thing.I tried calling him and his manager prashant every single day but they never picked the call from my number.However when i tried from different number rajesh picked the call and told that prashant sir will be handling this.I even told him to patch me with prashant but prashant dint pick the call.then i tried speaking to prashant and upon calling from different no he picked the call and told that the amount will not be refunded.When i told him that rajesh has already approved and said that it will be done he patched me with rajesh where rajesh told that it has been approved but prashant told it wont be done.I have my conversation with rajesh .Attaching all the chats .Requesting you to please check as they both have been trying to fool the customer from last 4 months.

They give excuses and don't deliver
