I am the receiver of shipment number D20613895 and since today I have been calling "Pari Chowk branch" to deliver my shipment. Their phone number is always unreachable and now at 19:19 hrs they have mentioned "Receiver Not Available". I live in a gated society and no one from DTDC even came to main gate to my society. How is it possible I am not available.
Please look into this and deliver my shipment otherwise I will be forced to take legal action and more repercussions may follow.
