DTDC Courier & Cargo — Shipment not delivered | |
DTDC has given me pathetic services. I had sent a Diwali gift to somebody and it is 15v days past Diwali and they are not even bothering to try about delivering the package. They call themself as no.1 courier company of India but can't even deliver a package in 20 days. 20 days is pretty enough time. Even speed post could have delivered the package thrice in this timeframe. I want strict action against them for the inconvenience and the mental harassment they have caused.
