My parcel with tracking no.X34089247 has not been delivered yet. It was supposed to be delivered within 24-48 hrs.I checked the status and saw the package has reached Bengaluru but why does it show MISROUTE. 1 person from your end called me and asked my complete address and I told him so. Still I didn't receive the parcel and received a message saying it couldn't be delivered, will be reattempted last mile misroute. Very disappointing and pathetic service. I need my parcel. Provide me with an answer.

I was supposed to get my parcel on 22 but it is still showing misroute for 4 days now after 4 attempts when they have just called me once. I am very disappointed as i need the parcel early but literally no response from their site
