DTDC Courier & Cargo — shown delivered in tracking site, still not delivered after 14 days

Dtdc silchar has received my consignment d46104287 on 31 oct 2018 but till today14 nov they didn't deliver yet. If it is contacted through phone, they keep on repeatedly replying that the consignment is out for delivery n cut the phone with an aggressive manner. It is unfortunate to learn that they run their business throughout the country without proper service. It is shameful to the staff of dtdc silchar for their pathetic service.

The e-tracking system is all along showing false information that Shipment No.K30007271 is delivered 13-Nov-18 20:13 is absolutely false.In fact the details also shows that receiver not found on several occasions. Such act of the company should be restricted with penalty.

My courier got dispatched from Odisha on 02/11/2018 and its showing as"Delivered" on 05/11/2018.
But still i didn't get my courier.

In Tracking results, Receivers details are also not showing.

Kindly help and suggest me how i can get my courier.
