Dear dtdc, "without" respect it is inform you that, i ordered the surgical instruments (Ophthalmic knife - multiple) from indowebal kolkata on 19th august and my shipment no was d[protected]Dr. Vijay pratap singh) but at the time of delivery the box was soaked with water and water entered in micro-instruments cover which was probably unusable for microsurgery in ophthalmology. It was so disgusting and a black mark on your face. I will never expected from u people and i planned to raise these type o[censored]r "kartoot" on social media. I did courier from Gujrat, Rajkot to Delhi and my product weight is 7 KG, i paid 1000Rs it is too much he is saying 1000 you have to pay and i think it's too much amount

We from A- check Global Solutions chennai (perungudi) . we had sent a greeting card with chocolate to our another branch office at hyderabad but at the destination chocolate is missing
The delivery guy is not delivering the order and he has send false message that the product has been delivered. When I call that number he is scolding and telling I will not deliver the order.

It cost us huge when dtdc confirmed to deliver one parcel picked up from mumbai on[protected] and intended to be delivered at Raigarh withing 2-3 days. Not getting any response and we are struggling at a govt site where customer imposing LD on this subject matter.
