Sir, we sent a parcel from dtdc branch, near north shirdi sai temple, health city, visakhapatnam-530040 around 15 days back to sharda university campus, new noida, delhi containing eatables to my son. The parcel didnot reach even today. Unfortunate, i trusted your courier. My son missed them for diwali. No redressal even after my continuous followup from the vendor. Pl. Redress.
