DTDC Courier & Cargo — The products are not been delivered at home

DTDC office personnel at my home town say that the item can not be delivered to my home saying that there is no service to my locality. I have to go there and collect the item. But my locality is part of the town, not at outskirts of the town, even my locality is very nearer to the DTDC office. I dont know why they say like that. I got this experience thrice. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 30, 2020 Updated by bvsr I request the DTDC Officials to visit/verify/check the distance between DTDC Office and my locality. or they can verify the feasibility or any hurdle for home delivery. Why do the DTDC personnel at my hometown deny home delivery saying no service.
