My friend has send me a parcel on dtdc from kolkata on 2nd november 2018 and provided with a tracking no k15637488. Whenever i try to track it online in the dtdc site it shows data not available and using sms tracker it shows invalid tracking number. They have charged an hefty amount too for the parcel. Whenever i message or contact in their email and sms numbers it shows invalid details. Someone kindly check into the matter. How can we ensure that a package booked reaches us safely. The tracking data unavailable from the above mention consignment number. I send 4 parcel on dtdc from Ahmedgarh on 1st Feb 2021 and provided with a above mention tracking no. Whenever i try to track it online in the dtdc site it shows data not available. Please check it ASAP.
I also attach courier slips.
