DTDC Courier & Cargo — tracking is not showing correct details | |||
Courier was sent from banglore to chennai, it was dispatched on 21.11.2018. But the tracking details show that it was dispatched on 13.11.8 and delivered on 14.11.18 and it is showing wrong postal code and it is not delivered yet as of 25.11.18. It is an important parcel. Consignment number : b59897305 Please deliver it as soon as possible to the correct delivery address mentioned in the courier. And resolve the issue with tracking status. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Nov 26, 2018 Updated by Hemachandran Balaji Customer care is not picking up the phone and the sender not the courier has been informed that the courier was delivered even though I didn't recieve it. | |||

Shipment was booked on[protected] and it is not yet delivered. Tried calling different dtdc representative offices wherein we have no proper answer from them. For a bank like HDFC we can't afford to wait for so long to have one single packet to be delivered to the destination.
