DTDC Courier & Cargo — unable to provide delivery proof of my courier upon request | |||||
I have raised the request to provide me a proof of delivery of my parcel with consignment number : b50574055. I have raised multiple requests and called multiple times to dtdc customer care number [protected]. Nobody bothers to answer customer calls. My case id’s are : 10379541, 10335051, 10269070. I also called madiwala, bangalore contact number,[protected]. The phone is always busy. I managed to get the line once, i spoke to the person and sent a mail as attached. After that no response. I’m very disappointed with the service. This is very discouraging to use dtdc courier service in future. I have no trust now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
