Dear sir, This is to inform you that i, raja gandhi had booked for an delivery to the below address through dtdc plus service on 7 th january 2020 : Ankush biswas Biswas electric (Opposite bajaj showroom) Jamtala more Karimpur Dist-nadia Pin 741152 Today is 10 th january, 6.40 pm, neither tracking detail has been updated nor reached in the destination and i was charged rs. 200 as dtdc plus service. Consignment was so much important to reach today. This kind of service is absolutely unthinkable by dtdc. I am absolutely blind to figure out. I need the clarification.
