Hello team,
I have booked a parcel on 22/8/2018 to other end of bengaluru city (Address is attached).
Usually it will take 2 days to reach the parcel.
But when it doesn't reached to my client & i revisited the courier office on 24/08/2018 & informed them that courier is in muthanallur office.
So please ask that courier center service to call my client & he will receive it.
They checked the mobile number of muthanallur office through online, there it was entered in 11 digit number.
So there was no proper number to reach that center.
I sensed that, this courier will not reach my client.
So i went on next day (25/8/2018) & handed over the required documents to my client personally.
It has taken my half day & a 50 km journey.
On 31/8/2018, i received a call from dtdc office where i booked my courier saying that it has came back.
I reached the office to collect it back.
I asked then, why it doesn't reached?
Ans : they said the service is not available to the given address.
I asked them, why does you booked it?
Ans : you should ask the guy, who booked it. (That guy was not in office at that time).
Me :shall i get my refund?
Ans : no it's not possible.
Me : do you have a feed back form?
Ans : no it's not there now, it got over.
Me : do you have a soft copy?
Ans : no, we don't have soft copy.
Me : i need my refund.
Ans : you come tomorrow & ask our owner.
So, this was the response i received from that office.
They doesn't said sorry to me & they are behaving like it was my mistake.
There was no guilty from their side.
I request you to take strict action against them.
They can't steal customers money by booking non serviceable areas.
