Hi, I received item( veena instrument) in broken condition sent from DTDC attingal. It is a valuable musical instrument for me . I spent almost 50000 RS altogether including tax. With this money I could buy a new veena. Why I put effort to get this one shows the importance I give to that item. My fedex tracking number was[protected]. DTDC Courier & Cargo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 24, 2019 Updated by Sruthy Shine Also to mention that packing was not good .That is why it broken. Instead of thermocouple they use sponge to pack. | |||
