DTDC Courier & Cargo — Without informing my parcel put on RTO

Tracking no. A92138343
The sender send the parcel in DTDC courier on 09/09/21. The parcel reached to the destination office on 14/09/21. But they not make any call or massage and the parcel put RTO. When they dint deliver to my address, i seach for tracking, the status was showing RTO process is initaited. Then i went to the respective area DTDC office to get the information of parcel they told the parcel was RTO on 16/09/21 to sender.
But the sender inform me that the parcel dint reached to them till on 28/09/21.
When the parcel will reached to the sender and when i will get back.
Sorry, but it is very bad experience of DTDC courier.
