This is the worst courier service ever i have encountered. Trying to track it daily and contact to the nearby dtdc office. Everytime they are answering i will update you wait for sometime. And with no positive response. And also now ignored to pick up the phone.
This is the worst experience of courier service ever and should not have taken more than 3 days but its almost 5 days no response. I even dont know where is my parcel. This much ignorance towards their work is so unacceptable.

My parcel is undelivered. Please get it delivered by tomorrow on urgent basis.
It has been over 5 days, yet the parcel returned I delivered.

Hi, I had parcelled 1 kg chocolates from Bangalore to Kolkata for my family. After opening the box once delivered my parents found only one chocolate in the box. Everything else is missing.
DTDC staffs has stolen the chocolates. Can you take immediate action ASAP.
