Team, I had sent a consignment from nagpur to kolkata having tracking number m71058391. The courier was booked on 23/10/2018 and as i had mentioned it was a birthday gift to be reached by 26/10/2018, i was assured a delivery by 25/10/2018 by the vendor (Rahul express services, ravinagar nagpur). However, having heard somuch about the punctuality of this courier co. I am disappointed to inform you that it is now the evening of 28/10/2018, however i am still waiting for the delivery of my parcel to the destination address (Ankush gandhi, p-18 bank garden colony, bansdroni, kolkata-700070). "on top of that after being forced by us for the reason non-delivery of parcel till now, Today i am informed by the vendor that he had erroneously entered the destination pincode as 700107 instead of 700070. Is this the kind of professionalism maintained by your vendors? What kind of dumb headed vendor is your"esteemed"organisation hiring who cannot even input proper pincode of the destination address??" I want my following issues to be addressed: 1) the purpose of sending a gift to be reached on the special day (26/10/2018) has not been served due to the pathetic service of your organisation. 2) when the mentioned courier vendor is contacted time and again, we are repeatedly getting assurances of the delivery of the parcel anytime soon. (Outright lying to us as he already knew he had used the wrong pincode) 3) if the parcel is misplaced due to the wrong pincode mentioned by the vendor, who would take the responsibility?? It seems it would take eternity for the parcel to reach the destination. Meanwhile the dtdc tracker is only showing the status as "in transit". I want urgent delivery of my parcel and i want a strict action to be taken against the vendor. Also, i want your organisation to let me know the action taken against the vendor. I regret to inform you that you have not delivered consignment No. H83983971 even after 4days from the date of booking, your service is very poor and your charges are on high side. From Vijayawada to Guntur you took 4 days for delivery of a cover. Very bad. Please look into this immediately- venkata reddy j, [protected]

Courier charge paid : Rs. 715

Its non breakable and very hard item of around 10kg handled very roughly and damaged and delivered to the customer.

My Shipments no x24452988 name gaurav kumar address nagwanshi market bihar sharif nalanda my product is not deliver with in 15 days, i oder tha product 13 oct . 26 oct show delivery attempt but nhi deliver, i also go dtdc office he asked the product is retain and tha product is gone in on 22 oct . Plzz reply fastly and give me product its agent
