I hope you guys train your agents to how to talk to customers, and not insult customers, If no please shut down your organization. Today I received call from your agent I don't know her name but her contact number is [protected]. I missed to pick up call instantly in one minute I called back and she started shouting me to not picking up the call and denied to give me information about my currier. If I loose my belongings I will fine consumer complaint and police complaint against company and agent. I have call recording with me to produce as a evidence. If you want to avoid this handover me my belongings.
