DTDC Courier & Cargo — Your courier agent behaviour | |||
Dear dtdc Greetings! As per subject 1. Yesterday your agent mr. Gurmeet call me from this number [protected] and conversation giving below: He told me that “ your parcel have came here so collect from the giving point“ I told him also “why you are not deliver at door step” so he told me rudely “due to curfew my boy will not deliver at door step if you want then collect from my pointed place, otherwise i will mention refuse to take from customer side”. Then i told him “who gave you right to reject my consignment and another courier service blue dart delivered at home yesterday in curfew, then rules are same for all courier services.” i have an order copy of curfew which is attached, in which courier and other essential facility out from boundation of curfew, which mentioned in order copy. 2. After all conversations he was rigid on own term and condition. And not deliver my order. 3. Who gives him a right for reject/refuse or cancel my consignment. 4. He has return consignment and not delivered who will compensate for this my expensive time fired and needful documents returned. I am highly disappointed about this kind of burst service. So my request is please ensure door step delivery of my ordered product, and please not sent our product via this type cheap agent.
