Dtdc Courier — consignment not delivered and has been redirected

My consignment number is Z76832341 and I shipped it from Lucknow to New Delhi. The name, address, phone number of the receiver was clearly mentioned on the package but it has not been received yet. The current status tells me that the CONSIGNMENT IS REDIRECTED, even though it reached Okhala, New Delhi on 10th December itself.
This is was a very important shipment for me and the receiver was my first customer too.
Please look into the matter asap and tell me what am I supposed to do now. This is really frustrating.

My consignment from DTDC is being redirected. Its reference is Z98239798. It is booked from Gurgaon to Vadodara. Receiver is very well known to me . He told me DTDC comes after every three- four days. The consignment is very urgent . I lodged enquiry in DTDC website but none replied. Today status is being REDIRECTED.
Kindly do the needful action as we do not want to loose trust from DTDC and have used DTDC since its inception.

Please look again the matter.

I was supposed to get delivered an order (K[protected] today. But suddenly the status is showing 'Not Delivered'. The delivery guy did not even bother to call me. This is irritating and disgusting.

We ordered a parcel and got it courier from a known source from DTDC Goregoan branch to be delivered at Ahmedabad on Monday night, 27th May 2019.
It reached Ahmedabad on Wednesday, 29th May 2019.

Today, ie. Thursday 30th May 2019, the courier was sent out for delivery as per the online tracking we did based on the consignment number. We were at home however, there was no door bell, no phone call, no update regarding any parcel or courier from our security outside our society.

When we saw the tracking details again before sometime, it is updated to CONSIGNMENT REDIRECTED.
What does it mean? We require that parcel as soon as possible as it is urgent. The Consignment needs to reach us by tomorrow as it is really urgent and important.

Kindly do the needful and please solve this matter asap.

I was expecting a consignmen in chennai from delhi via tracking id z07943395, which being sent from delhi on 07 dec 2019. It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached chennai on 19th december itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me in this regard.in the consignment, my name, address and phone number was clearly mentioned, which i have a photo with me.

I was expecting a consignmen in Hyderabad from Kolkata via tracking id K34975830, which being sent from Kolkata on 13th August 2020. It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached Gachibowli on 17th August itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me on my mentioned phone number.

It's an urgent consignment. Please deliver my items at my residencial address.

I have sent a courier to bangalore with consignment number V60431683 and the status is as consignment redirected. last time i have sent to the same address with consignment number V60067213 .

There is no difference in address and even in location from and to still it got issues V60431683 . why is it not delivered and what is the point in booking for category green if its taking 4 days to deliver .

My consignment of important Medicine bearing number U00459352 was booked on 7 November 2020 from Lucknow to Greater Noida West-201301. No body from dtdc has even tried to contact us although the number was all time in reach ( in fact waiting for the courier guy call) and now it s showing consignment redirected( same day on which it was out for delivery).
Plz tell me what should I do as I want my Medicines urgently. The person who has done all this flaw, should at least have thought that the consignment has medicines not any useless stuff and the receiver might need it. So bad people at dtdc service.

I did receive any call or msg and neither has any delivery executive entered the society according to the records of the society and watchman but i received a msg from DTDC server saying CNSIGNMENT REDIRECTED. Please need help regarding this neither of the DTDC numbers are working as they are asking to wait online and the call will be connected to the customer service agent and then after 3 mins or so it is getting disconnected.
