Dtdc Courier — Consignment vide tracking no Z40710019 of DTDC not delivered

In spite of several follow up by phone, mail and contacting with franchisee the item vide tracking no Z40710019 still not delivered at the destination by DTDC courier service. My consignment was booked on 10.01.2015 from Haridwar to Gurgaon for returning the purchased product to Myntra.com. After 10 days the status of delivery is same. DTDC staff is not responding at all on phone or email. I totally got fed up with the service of DTDC which does not care the importance of delivery and the implication of consumer. There is no any proper complaint system to rectify the problem. It is disgusting that after 10 days passed still consignment is on same status. Worst courier service i have ever seen.
