Dtdc Courier — Courier not delivered

This is Arvind from Bangalore. I had given a package to DTDC courier on 20/08/2015. I was promised that it would be delivered on 22/08/2015. However, the courier has not been delivered so far nor have I got any call from the dealer. When I tried to contact them, they are giving some other numbers and going into circle. I think this is total irresponsibility from DTDC. I have tried to contact their support team by mail, but that too has not worked and I have not got any response so far.
