DTDC Couriers: Booked a document weighing abt 105 grams to Halol in Gujrat on 19th Dec 2015 vide Consignment note number V26136293 from Kolkata and was assured to be delivered by 21st Dec . Today 22/12/2015, 7 PM the document thro Online Tracking is showing "In Transit" status at Guwahati. The outlet where I booked (next to Chetla Police Station) the document is making excuses. Not sure what to do now... It is important document... the documents contained Bills which because of delayed in delivery has gone into a delayed payment to me by atleast 2 months... Its disturbing to note such pathetic service from such a courier. Was this information helpful? | |||||
