I sent a parcel by courier from Bangalore to Mumbai on 2nd nov 2015. Till date the courier has not reached the destination in Mumbai. The local office here not able to trace the consignment and they have given a no in Mumbai and the customer care no in Bangalore. All these nos always busy and I cannot get through to them. Ref NO B23697832. SATYA

I ordered a product through E bay and it was sent through DTDC and the product was shipped on 28th of October and 8th of November it was out for delivery from kanchipuram branch but still i haven't received it

And when i call chennai office number i getting worst service either disconnecting my call or they say they raised the complaint again if i call they say complaint was not registered please help me on this issue
