I am sradhanjali bharati from puri odisha yet to recieve a parcel that has already reached puri this morning. After calling your office, a person misbehaved saying that today they got and today only they cant give you the parcel, they asked to come and collect it from the office . if such is the service and behaviour from your end then i must not send anything through you and neither i would suggest anybody to go through you. Take this complaint seriously and take necessary steps. The person who is called sits in your office at DTDC at MUNICIPAL MARKET COMPLEX, PURI. i WOULD CERTAINLY GIVE AN FIR IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED.MY PARCEL'S CONSIGNMENT NO. IS D25593661.THE STATUS DONT GET UPDATED TOO. PLEASE TAKE STRICT ACTION. SRADHANJALI BHARATI
