DTDC Courier — Not delivered, stuck in transit from last 10 days

I have sent my courier via DTDC on 19 september DTDC COURIER NO-D24332747 its been 10 days the courier is stuck in transit in GURGAON it contains my newly bought mobile which i self shipped for refund its been 10 days now i wont even get my refund for the delay i tried calling them they dont pick up i tried emailing them no response such a big company and what a pathetic customer support please advice me how to do this I'm so frustrated by their service and seeking for expert advice to take them to consumer court

My courier was shipped on 18th June 2020, and today is 11th July almost 1month passed but courier are not delivered yet, moreover while trakking the product is showing at same place since past 12 days...I'm sending you screenshot of my product details and trakking I'd is D73533981.plz help
