DTDC — Courier Not delivered till date

Sir, I had sent courier from Chandigarh to Noida on April 2015 consignment no Z45391995 and till date it is not delivered to the destination.Even after continous follow up they are not entertaining me with the update. Please do the needful as i am having some important document in it.

I was sent courier with Consignment Number M18045598 on Dt.25.03.2015 to Chaibasa, Singhbhum (w)
Jharkhand, the Delivery date shows in Tracking site is of Date 01.04.2015 but till date this courier is not delivery to specific address . 15 days passed but still delivery not done at address .My experience with DTDC was not good enough for the first time. Hope you will help me to solve this issue as soon as possible.kindly lodge my complaint and resolve it urgently.
