DTDC — Courier Not reached to Destination(Status shows that Its been Delivered.

This is regarding Shipment No:M13947985 which is not reached to destination. While the status shows that it has been delivered. On further checking through phone calls to DTDC its been found that it has been returned. I checked with the Sakinaka Branch Mumbai. They say that they have not received. Its been more than two months now i have been keep on calling the centres But they are keep on this putting this issue to someone else shoulders. My courier has contained MBC certificate which is very important. I have also send email to css.[protected]@dtdc.com>, <css.[protected]@dtdc.com. But i am not getting any response from them..Kindly trace out my Parcel at the earliest. I am leaving my emal id for further communication. Immediate response would be highly appreciated.
