[Resolved]  DTDC — courier not received after 48 hours

Dear sir, I am M-Tech student in NITK, surathkal who had couriered a document throuh DTDC courier service on[protected] at 10 am from Hyderabad ( ECIL P.O-500062) to my friend in NITK surathkal, mangloor (pin : 575025). They told me that it will be delivered by 48 hours. I told them that these documents are important which is to be submitted in my college on time. It hasn't recieved till[protected] at 6:30 pm. Tracking services are also not responding. Hence that document is not submitted. Now there is no use with that document. So my complaint is that why they are cheating us by giving wrong information. with regards vigin varghese
