I had send cargo by DTDC courier my tarck number is G90800229
i had recived but one item is missing from the box i had talk with mumbai office they tell claim and from kerala office i had ask them to check cctv camera first they they have the camera after i tell i need to check the are now telling cctv camera is not working i need to raise complaint in police station

Updated by sajeelkader I had send cargo from mumbai to kerala they had pick item from my home total 11 box when they pack i had informed they item list was hose old items and dress and mobile camera and shoe and etec they had agree and they pack and taken to their ware house on 10 august 2020 after that they send me on tacking bill i try to track nothing show after 3 day he send other track number ok it now show after 1 week i call him he say it already proceed you will get soon after 18 august i check it show that day it moving from mumbai to cochin last i go to cochin hub and collect the item reached home and check 1 item is missing sony DSLR camera

i had raise complant to ware house i ask him to check CCTV he tell ok iwill check after that i said i will come check he telling camera is not working this big hib DTDC how it is not working
