Dtdc Courier — Package not deliver more then 1 week

This is to inform you that the consignment no Z[protected]DTDC) was dispatched to A-90, Sector-7, Rourkela, Odisha 769003 dated 15 th of June 2015 & still not reached though it was mentioned urgent because it was consists with medicine for patient. The web page is showing a different story & i personally spoke at BBS branch, Odisha & they confirmed that the material was not received at their end & still in Delhi in transit mode. The franchise are not responding & not even taking any responsibility. Please i will urge you take necessary & strong action against the same.
