Mene ek calling tablet KAUNSA.COM se kharida tha, 8 may 14 ko order kiya, 23 may 14 ko deliver hona tha, jo 30 may 14 ko deliver hua, mila to defective tha, wapas bhejne k liye courier service ne Rs. 630 charge kiye, 10 june 14 ko DTDC k through wapas bheja, 12 june 14 ko DTDC ne bataya k apka product deliver ho gya h. (DTDC assignment No. Z[protected], lekin aaj 11-july 14 tak KAUNSA.COM me packet nhi pahuncha. KAUNSA.COM k customer care[protected] per call krte h to wo kabhi kehte h ki apka product mil gya h, jaldi hi wapas bheja jayega, kabhi kehte h ki apka product hame abhi tak receive nhi hua h, please coordinate with courier service. DTDC.com se online status pta chalta h ki apki dak Sahibabad me 12 june 14 ko deliver huii h, jabki mene to tak indirapuram Ghaziabad bheji thi. DTDC wale receipt nhi dete or KAUNSA.COM wale mana krte h… To ab kabhi koi product online purchase nhi krunga aisa APNE AAP SE WADA KIYA H.
