DTDC — Courier returned after 15 days

I had sent homeopathic medicines for urgent delivery to Australia through greater Kailash 2 m block market branch on 26th may which was to be delivered on 30th may. Today is the 9th of June and the courier is still not been sent. I visited the branch 4 times, the staff is absolutely illiterate and inefficient. every time we inquired about the delivery they said it will reach in 2 days and today they are telling me that we are returning the medicines tomorrow because there is some liquid in it. Firstly they are only tablets and secondly if DTDC is incapable of providing service then they why would they take 15 days to return my courier. I will be taking this case in the consumer court since my child has been suffering because of this ignorant attitude o[censored]r courier service. It's a shame how you all function.
