I made a shipment on Jan 13 from Tenkasi to Bangalore and the AWB no: D20881522 but still the shipment is not delivered what's the reason for this service you have obtained a sum of Rs 275. Its a online product and to be delivered on immediate situation but your service ruined my efforts. Kindly update the reasons and your contact number are not getting connected. Kindly, update the same asap. Since, I'm in a issue with the Online retailer. No response for this mail from the concern team. So I contacted the Bangalore Customer Care and they asked me send a mail and I forwarded the above mail to the given mail id on 27/01/2015. Didn't get any update from them then I called the Customer Care on 29/01/2015 around 11.00 Am and asked about the Shipment details and I was informed they would revert me once, they get an update and I asked them to make a call back regarding the same, but nothing happened. After getting very much irritated I called Customer Care and shouted as I was out of control. After explaining my complete situation the Executive asked for 1 day time for the update but till now I didn't get any update about the product. It's a reshipment product and should be delivered within 7 days to the retailer but still the product details are not provided and if the retailers doesn't provide me the refund then DTDC should refund me the amount of Rs. 5, 300. I'm worried about the product state if its damaged the retailer won't accept the same. I also have the pictures of the Product as it has been requested for reshipment and if the product has any other damage then they should pay the above mentioned amount. If DTDC Courier doesn't agree for the same, then I would file a complaint against them on Consumer Court. Was this information helpful? | |||

They have no time to resolve consumer issue and don't have any rules or norms to be followed regarding the replies to the customer. I have given commitment that with in 24 hours they would intimate about the shipment details, but still I haven't received any info regarding the same and I have also sent some mails reminding the same. They didn't respond even after this complaint has been notified to them. I'm not going to leave this would take it to next level (Consumer Court).
