DTDC — Delay in Delivery - K75864455 | |||
Hi, My consignment number is K75864455, this was dispatched on 3rd Feb 2015 from Raiganj West Bengal. It was supposed to get delivered at Vodafone Store, Vodafone Belvedere Tower, Rapid Metro Station 3 Gurgaon 122002. Its 11th Feb and we have not received the parcel yet. Your customer people are useless, I hv been provided two numbers from customer care [protected] &[protected]. First one says we dont have your parcel call customer care. I had done so as no other option, this time I was provided with second number, which is not reachable or switched off from last 24hrs.
