DTDC — Delivered Consignment Was Broken | |||
My Consignment D21011553 was shipped from Delhi to Ranchi by Flight. But the man who delivered seems as he has to deliver some sack of rice. My Computer which was to be delivered was completely broken. It is really hard to believe how a professional courier service delivers such a delicate consignment. Also contacting DTDC representative is a hard nut to crack. No one is their to answer your queries. I have tried all numbers provided for DTDC customer service but all are useless. Before delivering my consignment I have paid an insurance claim of Rs45000. Can any one let me know how can I get my loss reimbursement. Was this information helpful? | |||
