DTDC — Didn't receive the courier yet!

Hi! My name is Martha Lilly Peediyakkan. I was supposed to receive a consignment from Kunnamkulam, Thrissur to my home in Royal Homes Layout, Singasandra, Bangalore; a mere parcel of to attested copies of my mother PAN card. I am very upset that I haven't received it yet. They had promised delivery within one day for which we paid Rs. 210/- but this is the second day & till now no one even called from DTDC forget delivery of the consignment. I have been frantically trying to get in touch with DTDC Bangalore Phone: [protected] but no use. The DTDC agent at Kunnamkulam office gave me the Bommanahalli office numbers:[protected]call barred!), [protected] (invalid number). It was very important that I receive that consignment atleast by today and here I am venting out my frustration at your forum. Also, the history of my consignment that I downloaded from DTDC website is giving me a strange scenario a pic of which I have attached with this mail! Help me!! My contact number is [protected].
