My parcel was booked on 30th March from Chennai to Pune. It’s been 4 days tracking shows no updates. The last update was on 1st of April.

Awb : 7d[protected]. Shipment booked via dtdc, piced up on 13th march 2024, estd. Delivery date : 19th march 2024.
On 16 th march, order is marked as delivered whereas, recipient hadn't received the same. Upon investigation, found delivery agent attempted a fake signature & did not actually deliver the product.
Product is yet undelivered to recipient.

We have book one shipment to Chennai from Shirdi DTDC office by POD No 7X5676021 dated on 1st March but same is showing delivered at Goa insted of Chennai

We have taking followups from 4th March from local Shirdi DTDC office Mr.Kadari but not given proper solution also they have changed POD without any intimation and provided New POD 7X5676121 but still same not delivered.

There is a courier with food items D73811417 registered on 11/March evening from Karur, TN to Whitefield, Bengaluru, KRN which is supposed to be delivered by 12/March morning.
Per tracking report the courier reached final destination per schedule, but it was not delivered on 12/March.
It was moved to out for delivery on 13/March, but later moved to Not Delivered(PAPERWORK REQUIRED-(OTR)).
The food items would have already spoiled since it is 4 days past already.
I called Whitefield office and customer care but there is no one to answer.

What is happening?

Please provide refund of the amount paid and the cost of food items.

Parcel booked on 8th of march 2024 and today is 14th of march 2024 material still not delivered parcel booked on priority by air cargo and expected delivery given by DTDC is 11th of march and the shipment was coming by surface and they are charging for air cargo

Please let me know the duration or what action you are taking

Placed delivery on 6 March 2024, 11 am. The website shows, "No data available". Please help me to get this resolved, I just need to if it's safe and in transit. That's all.

I have already submitted a complaint for delivering my item broken. Please let me know how many days it will take for refund as they charged Rs.70 and my item cost is Rs.250. (Tracking No.). The receiver felt so unhappy as it was a birthday gift and broken and I felt so embarrassed to hear this. Not only the money they have hurt my feelings as DTDC has handled this so lightly. I need a solution so that they should never take anything Lightly.

The Mug was dispatched on 24/2/24 through DTDC (Chandranagar, Palakkad, Kerala) to Coimbatore(Saravanampatti). When I handed over the packet I told them that Mug should be packed properly as they are chances of breaking and they promised me a safe dispatch. But when it reached the concerned person on 27th it was broken and from then I raised a complaint and the details are as follows:

I send a parcel through DTDC courier to Nagpur and no progress showed from the date of booking. Then I called local office they told me pack went as "WITHOUT" entry and it would be delivered in 48 hours. But even then No progress apart from fake tracking updates for next 6 days. But Still no progress about the package. Even after one week the pack not been delivered and no movement at all struck somewhere. I have booked a parcel containing sweets worth Rs 4000 (3 KG weight) on dt-30.01.2024 by paying Rs 760.00 as service charges to M/s DTDC having docket No X55018688 dt-30.01.2024 from Delhi to Chennai.

During booking, DTDC has assured to make the delivery in 3 days.
When i did not received the parcel by 03.02.2024 i have called DTDC customer care and raised my issue.They have registered my complaint with a note delivery on next day urgent basis but even after calling around 10-15 times (i have call records also of customer care recording) every time they raise a concern but did not deliver till 11.02.2024.

During the time i also contacted the local delivery office of DTDC but they did not reveal their address otherwise i would have received the parcel by my own vehicle.

On 12th Feb they reach at my home for delivery with a box in damaged condition and sweets also got fouling smell.Then i refused to take the delivery.

DTDC Customer Complaint no[protected] of Shipment Undelivered. They closed my complaint with any solution.
I want my money back from DTDC worth Rs 4000 for item cost and Rs 760 for service charges- total claim amt Rs 4760.00

I have to send my parcel from Srinagar to delhi it has to be delivered on 21 Feb 2024 but they have not send it yet

On 14th february 2024 I send a courier from Ratlam to Jaipur on KHANDELWAL GIRLS PG but but due to various branch of KHANDELWAL GIRLS PG i mentioned the wrong address and i am trying to raise the query for the same to modify the address but they are not accepting it and the courier is not delivering to it's receiver so please look into the matter because the courier is to important to deliver on time to the correct person so please contact the official to look into the matter

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by your DTDC branch in Sarapaka. I have been experiencing issues with the delivery of my items. Despite receiving tracking messages from my company since January 13th, 2024, I have not received my package as of February 15th, 2024.

Every time I check the status, it shows 'out for delivery- Non Serviceable Area'. When I visit the DTDC location in Sarapaka, located at MVR8+2V3, NH 30, Telangana 507128, and inquire about my item with the Reference Number 7D6910796, I receive no response or assistance. This has caused a significant inconvenience as the item is important and needs to be received promptly.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and ask for prompt action to ensure the delivery of my item without further delay.
Please ensure that the item should not be returned to the sender and deliver it to my address without fail. Kindly reach me in case not possible to deliver and need another address.

My package ( Tracking No: X55098379, Reference No:[protected], Booking Date:06th feb'24 ) was supposed to get delivered today (07th feb'24 to Delhi (Pin Code: 110043).

But in DTDC tracking website, it is now showing "Not Delivered(ADDRESS INCOMPLETE OR WRONG-(CIR))".

The address provided is definitely correct and the delivery person did not even call once on the phone number provided.

Where the hell is my package? V89520642. I paid for express delivery and I even don't the the correct tracking status. This is not acceptable. If it is not delivered by today I will take action on DTDC. This was urgent delivery and agent assured me of delivery by today. But the package is still in intransit status. How much time does it takes to go from Pune to Sangli. If it is not delivered by today night I will take this matter to concerned government department.

Pathetic response from such a listed company.

It has been 5 days and the courier has not delivered.

No response from anyone in DTDC.
