DTDC website is showing the parcel as delivered but I've not received it, no delivery agent contacted me. I've tried contacting DTDC local office and the district office, the employees are harassing me on the phone which is very unprofessional.

I've even opened a ticket on DTDC support page, the ticket agent has an IQ equivalent to room temperature and didn't even read my message. [Image attached]...

The sender send the parcel in DTDC courier on 09/09/21. The parcel reached to the destination office on 14/09/21. But they not make any call or massage and the parcel put RTO. When they dint deliver to my address, i seach for tracking, the status was showing RTO process is initaited. The status of my order is displayed to be 'non delivered' stating the reason that my address is non serviceable. Now I must go to their office at Alwaye which is literally 30km from my stay. I'm so disappointed with their services. They haven't contacted me on this regard as well. Once I had to collect one of my package from their branch near my place but this time it's too far away. I sent a courier (docs) from baroda Makarpura franchise to delhi naraina area. They didn't reach upto address and returned my courier showing reason receiver not available. Whereas this was a address of a house where family members were never absent from home. There delivery boy must not have reached upto home. Now miss pooja at Naraina office says you didnt mention mobile no thats why it was not delivered. Whereas they must have made a call...

Sir on 7th June I sent a courier to Kolkata(PIN-700024) through DTDC from Aligarh, UP. Sir on 11th June morning after tracking I saw my courier was out for delivery but in evening it's showing courier not delivered due to Restricted entry-OTR..

Niether I received delivery agent contact number nor they contact me. I have tweeted many times but not get any response....

I've shipped perishable items thorough Air Cargo from Bangalore to Pune(tracking: D[protected] on 3rd of June and promised delivery date was 5th June.
The package is not delivered and it is showing out for delivery in the morning and by evening the status changes to "Not Delivered(LAST DATE OVER FOR SUBMISSION-(OTR))". This is happening for last 2 days.

Two problems - delivery date is missed by 4 days and perishable items...

Hi, we have given a parcel to dtdc on 05/05/21 7:00pm and opted for one day delivery. and they told, package will be consider for 06/05/21 for courier. and based on their input, my package should have been reached by 07/05/2021. but still the package is showing in transit mode from the package receiving location. and we called multiple times and raised complaint about package. but no one is aware of where my package is. it contains valuable...

I was to receive a package from Udupi to Bangalore on 18th March. I didn't get it and when I called DTDC, they said that it had been delivered in Panjim, Goa. The consignment number is B76506369.

They argued saying that at the place of booking, we have been issued a wrong consignment number, I sent them a copy of the receipt too.

Shipment booked, on 18th Feb, from a DTDC branch itself for 814154 with a promise to be delivered within 6-7 days. By 23rd Feb, got to know about shipment misrouted to Ranchi.
