DTDC Express Ltd — packets booked for non serviceable area | |||
I booked 2 packets with dtdc at delhi high court franchisee. Booking nos. Are z91576141 & z91576144. The destination was distt. Jhajjhar, haryana-124105 on 29th may 2019. I was charged rs. 50 each. On tracking the courier, it is showing that it is a nonserviceable area, why it was booked, or it should have been told at the booking point only, i could have sent it by another good quality service providers. It was a legal notice, which requires timely delivery. I need refund with compensation. Even i have not received back the courier. Your Sarvis is very poor and nobody is their to give any answer.
Pali 306401 office is closed and contact Parson is not attending call .
Costumer care number is also not in use so what can I do .
I think I have to go to the consumer court today. They will ask you every think.

My father sent me courier from phagwara (punjab) to chandigarh (1484/1, Sec-30B) chandigarh. But i didn't received any courier and when i tracked that courier, it shows delivered to me. That courier is very important because it had my important documents. so kindly help me
