DTDC — I have not received my DTDC Courier with Consignment no Z61001448

Hi, I have booked a order from Amazon.in with Consignment no Z61001448. It has not reached the destination yet.A person called me yesterday and said I am calling from DTDC, I have a Courier and you come at my office to take it then I said I am not able to come at your office so you come at my mailing address. After than he said I can't come at your mailing address you do come at my office otherwise I will be return you order. So I said I will complaint then replied you can do anything.
