DTDC — My courier is not received and company tracker is showing its status as delivered

I have ordered something through Archies and it was transited through DTDC courier Tracker status of DTDC is showing it as delivered along with signature. But I have not received any courier yet. Even they people are not ready to tell me at what address it got delivered and not even the name of the person who has signed it. Every time they give contact number of "Bagru" branch to get the details, but no one picks up call there. I want either my courier or my money back.
