[Resolved] DTDC — non delivery of the product | |||
I have ordered a product from Shopclues.com on 13th Nov 2014, Which was send to me through DTDC courier service having tracking no. Z37889206. However the booking date on tracking site was showing 20/11/2014. As per tracking details It has reached Ranchi (destination) on 25/11/2014 & is out for delivery. But It hasn't been delivered to me till now nor have they made any contact with me. Later on today I got the confirmation from Shopclues.com that the product has been delivered. I communicated with them for the rectification.They said as per the information given by DTDC it has been delivered. I tried to contact the courier branch where it has reached, but got no response.
