DTDC — Not delivered RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)) - Updated in tracking but no one called

I was supposed to receive a parcel DTDC from my office. I was constantly following the tracking as i was not registered for the message service. After 30th of OCT there no progress in my parcel. So on 2nd Nov i called and complained to them and on 3rd my parcel was finally out for delivery.
I was all at home and i was expecting the parcel, but around 6pm when i just saw the tracking as that page was ope, I see a message "Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))" wherein i was home all day and my mobile was all day active, no network problem here but did not receive any calls.
If there is any problem from DTDC to send the courier on this day due to time constraint then they can update something else or atleast intimate the customer. Just marking this and getting out is not right. Now im unable to reach the customer care due to the time limit. I am not sure what is the response im going to get.

Same thing happened to me.my parcel having tracking no. D84057939 was out for delivery since 31 dec 21. They never attempted the delivery and not even try to call me once instead they just end up the delivery with 'RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR)' message.From the last two days i was waiting for my parcel.please solve me my problem.I am fade up with their service.i had even raised complaints to their customer care service through their complaint/query form.They just simply appolozised and nothing happened.please do the needful.

Facing same issue with my parcel tracking no. D13699373. The delivery was never attempted but status is 'NOT DELIVERED - RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE (CIR). Is there any SLA?
I was supposed to receive a parcel DTDC "D23106813" from my office.

on 4th July, status was showing out for delivery.

However Around 10PM status was "Not Delivered(RECEIVER NOT AVAILABLE-(CIR))" wherein was home all day and my mobile was all day active.

I wanted this courier to be delivered from telangana to bangalore immediately, so paid 350 ₹(costly courier service to deliver immediately) and it was supposed to be delivered by today at bangalore. Already the courier was coming late, and it was shown as out for delivery today at 4:07 pm. I even tried to call the chamrajpet center and rr nagar center. They told it will be delivered today by 8 pm by dileep a n. But at 8:09 pm the activity information was changed to recever not available (cir) even though we are present at the location from morning. This is very unethical behaviour. We need this document immediately, atleast arrange to send this document by tomorrow morning 6 am which will be a great service from your side. Very disappointed by the dtdc service.

Same issue at my end as well. Without any intimation or any call, the status has been changed to “Receiver not available (CIR)” from “Out for Delivery”. This is a very unprofessional behaviour of any courier services. The contact details of the delivery executive should atleast be shared with us when the status on the tracking system has been set to “Out for delivery” OR Atleast the delivery executive should give us a call and let us know that for some reason the order will not be delivered today and will be attempted tomorrow and should leave the status as “Out for delivery” on the tracking system.

The tracking system is now showing completely an incorrect status. Request the team to look into this issue and provide a quick resolution and deliver the order ASAP.
Without any intimation the status of my parcel was changed from out for delivery to CIR (Reciever not available). No one call, no numbers were shared, no attempt was made. My reference number is Z15525536. This is an emergency parcel. No one is contacting. No proper response via mail. Please resolve the issue asap.

Pathetic courier service after 7 days I was supposed to get my parcel today, but in entire day I didn't even received any call from them and not body came for deliver and now the status is showing incomplete address or

I need to receive my parcel today. Waiting for this as this is very urgent for me to send it to USA in a week. There was no call or anything and simply the status updated as receiver not available (cIR). We are waiting and didn’t even went out looking for the parcel. We have raised a complaint. Don’t know how long it takes to get a response and I need my package as soon as possible. No contact details or further information regarding the parcel. Requesting either for pick up . This is totally unacceptable and disgusting behavior by the company.
