I booked some medicine from Hyderabad to Sambalpur on 13th December, I informed the executive also its medicine and urgent. Till today medicine is not delivered. When I am calling customer care no when is picking up the call. Ref # H39922380.

This is Dr Vara Prasad couriered important office documents via FIRST MAIL SERVICES, O.U.COLONY, Manikonda, Hyderabad on 25/06/2015 and charged Rs190/- with promise of that it will reach within 24hours.
Though now it is more than one day, it is not delivered to destination.
