We enquired about the delivery for this location & we were promised that the parcel will reach within five days. The delivery is already delayed for more than 10 days which is totally unacceptable. The goods that we have sent through your courier service have been purchased by our customer and we do have our delivery related commitments which we have to fulfil. We have tried almost all the possible ways to contact your local team members which were either not responding to our queries or have not been able to give any kind of clarity on this matter.
