DTDC — Regarding parcel received from unknown person nd dtdc didn't have sender's detail

Hi my name is Rajni Garg.On 24 Dec 2015 i got a parcel at my home from an unknown person(Kuldeep sinha) from chattisgarh.I don't have any contact in chattisgarh.I belong to Punjab only.The parcel contained a sweet box.When i tracked the courier i found that parcel is shipped from chattisgarh (Raipur tatibandh).When i called your DTDC office from where that parcel is shipped, the manager said he didn't have any sender' deatil.I suggest you to please take sender's details before taking the parcel otherwise if something when wrong you people will be responsible for the same.In case of any query please contact [protected]
