DTDC — Regarding tracking # Z47905216 and Q24776510

Dear DTDC, With reference to the tracking # Z47905216 and Q24776510 I am experiencing the worst service delivery by DTDC. One of my courier # Q24776510 has been returned back saying incomplete address whereas i did not get any call incase if they were not able to find it. Address was for Infosys bangalore electronic city campus which is renowned and can be find out by asking a tea stall. When i called your franchisee person he responded to contact DTDC directly as he is not responsible for it. How can you people provide such a poor service and negligence. If i miss my documents i will go to consumer court as it has my important documents. I keep on calling your customer service in Bangalore and noone is picking the call and this is the kind of customer service you provide.
