Our parcel couriered at Hyderabad on 11:00am 23.12.2014 to dispatch to Visakhapatnam by speed post, for that they demand Rs. 250/-. For actual service they demand Rs.125/- only. The parcel reached at Visakhapatnam at 4:00pm on 24.12.2014. But not delivered to the address. The second day is Holiday for DTDC Visakhapatnam. At Hyderabad Courier people say 25.12.2014 No holiday for their service. What is this ? It is bad service. If it not possible for their service say we can't. This not proper way. Worst service i have ever seen, my courier deliverd from hyderabad on 9/3/15 but is still not recieved at bhopal. Docket no D21462434.
