DTDC — Some of the items are missing in packet I sent | |||||
Hi. I have sent one parcel to Bangalore which contains 3 items - electronic radio, headphones set, chocolate box. Consignment number : V26007834 DTDC office : madhapur, Hyderabad. Employee name : Aruna. When it was received by my friend, she found that headphone set is missing and half of the chocolates are not there. When I called madhapur, they responded strangely that they are not responsible for missing. Could you please look into this.
